I am currently compiling a list of articles... I would like to export the bibliography in Vancouver style with abstract (abstract separated by a line break)... I can't seem to be able to figure out how to do this... Any help would be appreciated.

Opening documents in Word 2013
I saw a post or two about this issue - but, could not find the resolution. I have several documents (Word 2013). I try to open them and I get a message that an error was found and the document could not be opened. Then, it asks if I want to try to recover the file - I say yes and it opens it in a new document. Is there a workaround or fix for these files??

"Error saving the file: undefined" on CSL editor when I try to remove DOIs from bibliography
Will not let me save anything. Not as new style nor as an edited one. When I tried using the URL anyway it says "Page not found." I need to remove DOIs from Harvard Cite Them Right but it won't let me do this in either visual or code CSL and save it in anyway. Always says "Error saving the file: undefined".

direct citation
Hello. Anyone can help me in inserting citation through mendeley by using direct method in apa6 style. basically, I found indirect method to insert citation in apa6 style.
please guide me that how can I insert citation direct in document by using apa6 style.
direct method mean " author name (year)"
indirect method mean "(author name, year)"
Direct method uses to insert citation in the start of sentence.
Endnote gives this option.

Downloading full texts with restricted access
Hello.
I would like to know if you are developing the tool to search for the pdf inside Mendeley taking into account the institutional signature to access the full texts, like the tool "find full text" in endnote. This is a very useful tool especially when you import multiple references from pubmed at the same time, for example. You propose to add one Base URL on Mendeley Web, but it didn't work.

I am working at the University library of Bergen and try to get an overview of where our researchers have created profiles.
Please let me know how many scholars with an affiliation to the University of Bergen have an profile at Mendeley.

any plans for note/ highlight tagging?
Hi just curious- are there any plans to add tags for highlights and notes? What I'd like to be able to do is make my own tags so that I can search by tag from multiple papers, and just print the notes and asscociated highlights for that tag, rather than all the notes for one research paper. This would be SOOOOOOOO useful to me. Thank you!

Citation style, University of Leeds Harvard system
Hello,
I have selected Leeds Harvard from the list of referecing styles, but this needs some editing. For example, papers with multiple authors are cited in the text by the first two authors, when the University standard is "(Jones et al., 2011)".

unpublished work
I intalled Mendeley desktop, imported my Endnote library, and pointed Mendeley at my directory containing lots of pdf files. I'm very happy with how it's working and I've spent a bit of time eliminating duplicates, etc.
My only problem is that my directory contained quite a few large pdfs. Some unpublished reports, many published documents. I'm looking for the most efficient way to not include these in the documents Mendeley uploads. I don't need these to be accessible anywhere other than on my computer. I like having the link in Mendeley, but I don't want it to take space in my online account.
Does checking the "unpublished work" keep it from uploading, or does it just make it so it's not public when it is uploaded? If not, is there a way to have the link to the pdf file on my computer in Mendeley desktop without having it automatically included in the web upload?

Exporting pdf files from folder
I stores all my article files in mendeley. I tag my files based on my own keyword. Once I have a project, I will use the tag filter and copy all the files concerned and put it into one project folder. I also use the file organiser and all the files stores locally in my Home PC. How do I extract all the files in the project folder to windows folder all together at once not one by one? I need this as the PC that I will use in my forest cabin does not have any internet connection.

"remove fields from automatic referencing programs"
Hi there!
I wrote an article and I used Mendeley for citations - bibliography (it rocks! it's the best!).
The author's guidelines suggest that "Before submission please remove fields from automatic referencing programs and switch off change tracking."
I don't understand what I have to do and why.

Journal name displaying incorrectly
Dear Support Team,
I am trying to reference a Science paper, but whenever I click "insert bibliography" when using the "Science" or "Nature" citation formats, the journal is listed as "Science (80-. )". This doesn't happen when I use the other citation styles. When I view the entry in "My Library" there is also no "(80-.)". Can you offer any advice or explanation? Are there any other citation styles besides "Science" and "Nature" that use footnotes for the in-text citations?

Mendeley to End Note
I have exported papers from Mendeley (export, endnote XML). In End Note when I import this file (import file, End note generated XML) my citations are imported but my PDFs are not.
Could you please confirm the steps to transition citations & pdfs from Mendeley to End Note?

Report citations missing organization, book cites missing publishers
In both APA style and Chicago style, the "report" style SHOULD end with the publisher of the report, who is generally the same as the institution.
Neither citation style will show that information, though.

Giving notes to the directory (folder)
What do you think on implementing an option where user will be able to attach notes to the specific user folder?
For example, I have couple of interests to research, and for each interest I create folder. Now, I would like to give some general notes to the each folder like putting search key terms (i.e. how I have dug the papers from libraries).

Highlight selected/active article more
Hi there
First of all, I love Mendeley and I use it nearly every day. Though, a very small thing annoys me a bit. In the desktop version it is very difficult to see which document is "last selected" or "active" when you go to the "My Library" sheet after reading some document. This would easily be improved by putting a more distinct color or darker tone on the last selected document. Just a suggestion :-)

incomplete sync using desktop version
Hi,
I am using the mendeley desktop of version 1.12.3 in Mac OS 10.8.5. Recently I am trying to sync my PDF files (about 530 files with ~700MB) to the storage of mendeley. However, after the sync completed, I always find some PDF files are not synchronized. I also tried to click the "sync" button again and again, but still there are many files that remain not synchronized.
What is the cause? Thank you very much.
