Dear Mendeley team,
I tried several citation styles and with non of them those citations including URL are also showing the Date accessed information in the bibliography. While the URL appears for all of them.
I read some other related posts, thus I could already answer some of your potential checks. For all the types of references used, the "Data accessed" field is selected and filled with information.In the citation Styles window I do have selected For all document types, regarding Include URLS and Date Accessed in Bibliographies.
I want to use the style "American Psychological Associatiion 6th edition" but customized for my needs. I tried several things in the CSL Editor, but I cannot manage to show the accessed date in the bibliography. However, as I said, it is not working anyway with other existing styles.
Is there any specific format to introduce the date in the "Date Accessed" field in the Mendeley desktop? I think that may be the reason, although I could not find specification on that regard.
In the desktop, under the field "Date Accessed" I wrote, for instance "October 2014", and I would like the text "on October 2014" to appear just after the URL.
Could you help me, please?

No support for Red Hat Enterprise distributions like Scientific Linux, Centos etc.
Mendeley claim NOT to support enterprise class Linux distributions based on Red Hat 6/7. How they get away with claiming to be a support tool for University based research projects and ignore enterprise class Linux distributions, is somewhat surprising. Universities actively promote distributions like Scientific Linux (Fermilab, CERN, DESY and ETHZ) as they are secure, stable and have a long support period. The new version of Mendeley will not install due to using bleeding edge glibc libraries.

Citations lost from MS Word to LibreOffice
Hi,
I created a .docx-document with citations in MS Word 2013 on a Windows PC. However when I'm opening it on Mac OSX in LibreOffice 4.2.6.2, the citation field functions are gone, so that I can't insert the according bibliography anymore as the citations are just plain text. The Mendeley Plugin for citations is installed in both programs. Is there a way to recover the fields or at least to prevent this loss? Thanks a lot!

Annotations from colleague missing
A colleague sent me papers with annotations through the email functionality of Mendeley, and I clicked on the link to open the documents with the annotations. I am taken to a page online that says "To read the annotations from [name], save the papers to your Mendeley library and open them in Mendeley Desktop." There is a button at the bottom of the page to open the paper in Mendeley Desktop, which I click, but the annotations are not there. Is there a step I'm missing? There is no PDF attached for me to save to my library (I believe I already had one of the papers).

Cannot access annotations on Ipad
Every time I make an annotation on Medeley Ipad I lose access to it immediately after I click outside of the text box. I cannot even delete the annotation on my device. The annotation also do not synch with my desktop device. This is really cumbersome and the primary reason why I wanted to use Mendeley in the first place. I read that you had fixed the synching issue with the latest update, but this annotation problem has been going on for a while. Is there anything to do here??

Greetings, I am new to Mendeley. I uploaded papers into case folders. After working with Mendeley I have decided that I would rather add the case name as a Tag. How can I delete the folders I created without deleting the papers that are in the folders?

can't open papers from literature search
I've chosen 5 articles from the literature search area, they have appeared in my recently added folder, but I cannot access the articles or open them. Also, files I am importing with the web importer say they are being saved, but they are not appearing in my recently added folder

Problemas con el Word
Tengo casi un año utilizando Mendeley y no me había dado problemas con el WORD. Pero, es la tercera vez que al actualizar la bibliografía, guardo el documento, cuando lo intento volver a abrir me sale el siguiente aviso en WORD: "The open XML file.... cannot be openned because there are problems with the contents or the file name might contain invalid characters.
Después le doy OK y me sale este aviso: "WOrd found unreadable content in .... Do you want to recover the contents of this document? if you trust the source of this document, click yes.
Y efectivamente, se me abre un nuevo documento, cuando lo guardo con otro nombre, vuelve y me sucede lo mismo. Lo cual me es casi imposible continuar así...¿Qué puedo hacer?

In text citations
How do I get Mendeley to correctly format in text citations without the author's first initial? I have to manually updated the citations even though I have correctly entered the citation in Mendeley desktop. For example, the correct in text citation should be (Pinch & Bijker, 1984); however, Mendeley continually uses (T Pinch & Bijker, 1984). It's quite tedious to manually update citations, but I can't figure out what is the issue...

All documents that I have been adding and highlighting etc the last 5 or so days seem to be gone!
Has anyone had a problem like this and if so, do you know what can be done to find them back?

Citations partial list
I gather I can use the Word plugin to export a complete list of all books I've ever imported into Mendeley, or maybe even all the ones I've cited in a specific Word doc.
But what if I'm writing an email to someone and I just want to drop in a short list of five or so citations from Mendeley? How can I highlight that bunch (or group it) and export it to text?

Hello,
Putting my library on citations view yesterday, I realized the terms other than the author, the title, etc., were in English, like "retrived" or "from". As it is in this example:
Agence Bio. (2014). Produire bio. Retrieved August 04, 2014, from http://www.agencebio.org/produire-bio
I've tried to change the "return locale [en-US]" thing for [fr-CA] as explained in the answer to a previous question on that subject, but after I did it, carefully, the citations were messed up, with "error" written etc. I came back and undo what I've changed and it's ok, like before the try, but my problem's still there.
Could you please help me with this?

Multiple refs in single citation.
How do I edit how refs are organized in single citation? I want citations organized by citation number throughout document, but I want a single citation with multiple refs to be organized by date.
For example if I have three different citations like this:
(1-3)
(4)
(5)
I want (1-3) to be organized by publication date. Is there anyway to do this in the editor, or do I have to go in and edit each citation manually?
