Hi. When I click on my word document, I get a message saying "Error de compilación en el módulo oculto: MendeleyLib and i cant insert citations because when a try it appear "formating citation" . How can I fix this?

speed of citation insertion
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing in order to ask for some help dealing with the unmanageable slowness of Mendeley in inserting new citations as they amount over 30-50 references. I am using Microsoft Word 2008 for Mac (vs 12.3.6) and Mendeley (vs 1.12.2).
It would be much appreciated if there was anything the support team could do to help me and others alike.

Unable to install Word Plug in
When I try to install the Microsoft word plugin, I get an error "Mendeley was not able to find Microsoft Word on this computer". It suggests I might be running a "click-to-run" version of Office, but I'm not.
However, my system is windows 7 64-bit (mendeley is installed in the (x86) program files folder) but my microsoft office 2010 is 32-bit, and in a different file folder.
Is there a way to manually install the plug-in?

Mendeley 'arbitrarily' using square brackets when citing in word
I am using OSCOLA citation style and when citing Journal articles the citation comes normally out this way:
'Roland Bieber, ‘An Association of Sovereign States’ (2009) 5 European Constitutional Law Review 391–406;'
Yet there have been several citations so far that came out with the year in square brackets instead of in round brackets:
'Jo Eric Khushal Murkens, ‘Bundesverfassungsgericht (2 BvE 2/08): ‘We want our identity back’ - the revival of national sovereignty in the German Federal Constitutional Court’s decision on the Lisbon Treaty’ [2010] Public Law 1–17'
I would like the citations to be uniform, what can I do?

I am exceeding my quota so I would like to delete some of the files. How do I list the files according to their sizes so that I can decide which of the big-size files I can delete.

unable to install microsoft word plugin in PC
Hello,
When I try to install the plugin as directed here on the website (Mendeley desktop-tools-install MS word plugin), Mendeley crashes and next time I open it I get a message saying "There was a problem setting up Word plugin communication: The bound address is already in use". I have all programs closed and it is not installing in word. What can I do? Please help.

Combining Mendeley bibliography with Word bibliograpy
I need to insert references from both my Mendeley reference manager and my Word reference manager in the same article. How can I combine it into one bibliography in any of the two tools? It needs to be in alphabetical order and of the same format. I don't have the source documents on my computer.

in-line citation with author name outside brackets
How do I get an inline in-text citation with the author's name outside the brackets. E.g. According to Smith (2013) Mendeley's Citation manager is not so great as promised and Wilson (2014, p7) is adamant that Endnote is the best.

Problem after automatic upgrade under Linux
Hi,
I'm running openSUSE Linux 12.1 (x86_64) and had installed Mendeley from this archive back in 2013:
mendeleydesktop-1.8.4-linux-x86_64.tar.bz2
This worked very well until a recent update which was done automatically by the running mendeley application. Now mendeley doesn't start anymore, and if I run it on the command line I get the following error:

I thought I'd try a fresh installation with a current version from your download site, but appearently there are now only packages prepared for Debian and Ubuntu, and only a generic 32 bit version. There's no generic 64 bit available, and the 32 bit version refuses to start even though other 32 bit Linux binaries can be executed without problem on my 64 bit system:
mendeleydesktop-1.12.2-linux-i486: ./bin/mendeleydesktop
Unable to start Mendeley Desktop, the software may not be installed correctly.
Please check that you are using the correct version of Mendeley (32 or 64bit) for your system.

Is there a solution to the "Please wait while the importer is loading" message that pops up when I am trying to import articles to my account? Does this have something to do with the article, my browser, or what? I've tried switching browsers and even computers and it continues to pop up.

Is it possible to add a source type to cater for unpublished items and the need to used archival group & series numbers?

Sync have stopped yesterday
Since yesterday I'm unable to sync between my computers and the website. I receive the error message:

Italics in title name
As a biologist, I have many references with italics in the title name, for the Latin names of organisms (for example, Apis mellifera instead of "honey bee"). Is there a way to add italics to the title name? It is a pain to have to reformat the citation every time the references are refreshed in a manuscript draft.
