When I try to transfer a group ownership to other member, following error appears:
Error: Taking ownership of this collection will see the owner exceed their restricted group quota.
We have membership for 5 people and there are 3 members. I don't wish to change this but simply wish to transfer ownership of the group from myself (a member) to another member of the group. The number of members would not change so I don't understand how it would exceed any quota.

Auto retrieving problem!!!!
This year April I updated my mendeley desktop. After update, there was mendeley auto retrieving problem.
I am angry with it because of still problem!! I bought extended storage fee in mendeley web. If your company can't repair this problem, i ask refund my money as soon as possible!!!

When I ask for the pdf to be exported there is no option for it to be exported as a pdf only other versions that I have not seen before. Are those the only choices? How can export a pdf so I can print it off and see it on paper?

Dear Support Admin,
I am Ph.D scholar and using Mendeley for reference citation in IEEE style. I faced typical issue as shown below about page number.
In first reference page number comes at the end and in second referencec it shows before month.

BUG In WinPlug In
I have Word 2007/ Win7 and i have recently update my Mendeley to version 1.9.2.The problem is with the WinPlugin, when i open any word file i get message "Invalid procedure call or Argument(5) in MendeleyPlugin. I try to install and unistall the plugin but still not works.
Plase any ideas?

Documents don't open if not saved on computer's hard drive
Hello all, this may seem like a stupid question but: Do you have to keep copies of the documents loaded into Mendeley on your computer to be able to open them in Mendeley? I was under the impression that adding a document to my Mendeley library would then save a copy of it in the cloud. However, I have had trouble opening documents that are not saved to my computer. Any ideas?

Mendeley Cite-o-matic not showing up in Word 10
I have been searching the web and thought this was solved previously, but it's not working for me. I cannot find the citation link in Word for Mendeley. I was used to seeing it in the references menu, but now it's not there. According to what I saw online, Mendeley was supporting Word as of April 2012, but it's not working for me.
Please help! I'm on a deadline! My computer died last week, was re-imaged and now I can't access my references!!

I tried to restore backup but it didn`t seem to work well.

APA 6th Edition Bibliography Issues
I experience two issues with my bibliographies that are produced using the Mendeley Word Plugin. The hanging indent and the line spacing are both outside of the specifications of APA 6th Edition. I have been adjusting them manually prior to submitting my work, but I would really like to fix the permanently. I searched around and found several older post that detailed changing the normal+web style within Word, but the Mendeley created text doesn't appear to have a style applied to it. I also don't have a normal+web style within Word 2013. Is this a compatibility issues between Word 2013 and Mendeley? Can the indent and line spacing be fixed in the online CSL Editor? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Zotero Integration UbuntuOne
Hello,
I use Zotero and Mendeley on Ubuntu 13.4 (64-bits). I used first Zotero with files stored on my local HDD. Then I changed location of files and data on UbuntuOne (like dropbox); keeping my old files on my local HDD. Pdf's files and references are downloaded easily with Zotero instaled on an other computer.
But, using Zotero integration with Mendeley download only pdf's files that are locally stored on my HDD (old files) and not on UbuntuOne. References are found, but linked pdf's files (stored on UbuntuOne) are missing.
