selected style doesn't produce expected format in bibliography

I've selected a style (Radiology) and the resulting format in the bibliography is incorrect (e.g. uses abbreviated page numbers rather than full page numbers). I'm using the MS Word plug-in with MS Word version 14.xxx (Office 2010) and Mendeley desktop version 1.13.8. I have tried: - Switching to a different style (Harvard Reference format 1) and refreshing the bibliography - long page numbers are used. Then switching back to Radiology style; when refreshed again the bibliography is back to the way it was - almost correct but short page numbers. - Reloading the Radiology style. - Editing the Radiology style, but it already calls for long page numbers. It just doesn't happen that way for me. What else can I try? Thanks!
