Hi,
When I am looking personal profile of a researcher that I am following, I can see the references of his publicatios. Some of them have the option to "Download" (I can attach a screenshot) and others the PDF can be dowload directly.
When I try to "Download" one of these articles it appears following message: "Sorry,downloading this document has failed, please try again" (in red).
The question is:
- I don't have access because it shoudl be downloaded/shared in a private group?
- Or I do not have access because it is not a Open Access article, and it is according to the editor license?
- Or it is just a technical problem?
