Hi
I am using the citation style:
Harvard Reference Format 1 (author-date) - Joshua Cole
But I have made some edits to it (with the reason why I did it following each amendment):
1) The in-line citations are ordered by date in descending order.
2) disambiguate-add-names is set to false
3) disambiguate-add-givenname is set to false
4) disambiguate-add-year-suffix is set to true
- so that when one author/surname is cited more than once in a document a,b,c are added.
5) collapse is set to year-suffix-range
- so that the in-line citations are grouped when the same author is cited in one reference.
This all works great except for when I have one sentence which needs to authorise 4 papers by the same first author, but different other authors. For example, in my current document I want to cite the following papers:
This comes out as:
(Daly et al. 1990cb; a, 1992)
...when what I actually want is:
Daly et al. 1990a-c; 1992)
Can you tell me if there is anything I can change in the CSL editor to make this work?
Many thanks for your help,
Stephanie
