I'm writing my thesis and I need to change the citation style following way, but the CSL editor gives me "undefined error", could lease anybody help me? I've tried it many times but unfortunately with no success.

Problems:
(1) Citation date should be "[cit. 2014-09-31]" instead of "[cit. 18. červenec 2014]"
(2) Page in publication should be "(Kren 2013: 59)" not "(Kren 2013, s. 59)"
(3) After accessible from URL in biblio is "." missing.
(4) Enable advisor within thesis citation.
