I have been using Mendeley desktop and the MS Word Plug-in for about a year. However, recently (for the last 3 weeks or so), I believe the Mendeley plug-in is causing my MS word to crash - usually 2-3 times per day. I am constantly saving my work and having to restart word.
I am working with another author on this document, we both have Mendeley, and we are working out of a dropbox file. I have MS Word for Mac 2011.
Do you have any ideas how I can fix this? It is extremely frustrating.
