At startup and when trying to sync manually I always receive this message, and the sync process is interrupted:
This file already exists for this document - upload progress: 0 of 0. Error ID: qr_CWqBcHzw
I've been receiving that for a week and tried to check updates, eliminate duplicates, etc. I'va also look here for solutions, but found nothing. I usually mix the use of mendeley in my Mac and my IPAD, so it is relevant for me to sync regularly. If you could please help me to sort it out I will appreciate.
