I tried all of the suggested solutions - uninstalling - installing, updating mendely and word and it still isnt there. This is an essential feature of Mendeley, a core one, that should work. Why would I use mendeley if it does't give my an option to insert citations in documents?? Can you please help, or fix this issue- it is clear that the plug-in doesn't get properly installed or there's something very wrong with it. Can you fix this asap please
