I'm a recent user of Mendeley from the University of Sevilla (Andalusia, Spain). I would like to suggest you some features that I think they could improve the user experience. First of all, I must say I tried different softwares but decided to use yours because of their traits. So, congratulations for your job. About the suggestions:
I feel the lack of visualizing the "type" of the bibliographic entry, i.e. web page, book, book section, etc. Showing that with an image would help to identify the nature of the entry.
But the most important lack that I feel is that I do not have any way to see which entry has already checked details and which not from the list.
Another thing that I missed was the chance of importing the files with the folders and subfolders. I had to create each folder and adding the files for each one. That was tedious.
After selecting automatically to update the PDFs, when I added it into a folder, it didn't update in the Desktop automatically. I tried with SYNC but I did not success either.
And the last suggestion of this email is referred to language. I apologize for any language mistake in my writing as I am Spanish native speaker. In that sense, it would be great to have Spanish in the software. Many of my collegues do not speak English, so Mendeley is not an option for them.
