I'm getting a "the range cannot be deleted (6028) in microsoft word" error in word. Have been using Mendeley for a couple of years now and this is the first time I've encountered this error when trying to add a reference in word. I'm using word 2016 on windows 10.
Any ideas what is causing my problem and how to resolve the problem.
