All systems up to date, Word v.15.18, Mendeley 1.15.3. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling both the plugin and the Mendeley App.
After updating the Word plugin, (which I can see in my Add-ins toolbar), whenever I click on the "Insert or Edit Citation", it pulls up the desktop Mendeley app, and not the toolbar to search the citation I would like to insert. It also gives me the error "Unable to start Mendely Desktop automatically: Try starting Mendeley Desktop manually." However I have the Mendeley Desktop up and running the whole time?
Any help would be appreciated, thank you!
