I have just installed the Mendeley plugin for Word 2007. It was successful and was shown in the "Add-ins" tab. I had gone to Word Options - Add-ins - Manage Word Add-ins and added the two plugin files from Mendeley. I also ensured that 'enable macros' was selected in Trust Settings. However, when I shut down and reopen Word the plugin is lost and each time I need to go through the Word Options steps described above to select the add-ins in order to see the plugin in the Add-ins tab. For some reason they do not remain selected.
Am I missing something obvious? Thanks for help.
