Hi,
I have used the automatic function to organise and rename files in my folders and was not satisfied with the result. I had made a backup of my papers folder but no backup of Mendeley itself. Wanting to go back to the original file names and subfolder organisation I:
1- disconnected my computer from the web
2- deleted all my library from the computer
3- added the folder with the papers back
4- checked that all was according to my desire
5- created a mendeley backup
6- connected to the web and pressed the sync button
After all was done I checked that the files in the web are still named as before and not with the same names I have on my computer. What should I do to have full sync?
PS: the "Syncronize attached files" for my entire library is selected in my Mendeley Desktop.
