I was giving a workshop that I thought was going to be straight forward and ended up a complete mess for several reasons:
1. When importing from databases like LLBA or WorldCat, the Save to Mendeley doesn't seem to work (i.e. it only identifies 1 result when I have 20, for example). The only way to work around it, I thought, was to export the results as EndNote (the only available option) and open it with Mendeley.
However, when I did this, I received this error message:
Mendeley's services had a problem while syncing your library.
Problem Details:
There was an error processing your request. It has been logged (ID 588303aa76905030).. Error ID: rfRSRCIlRcA
What is this about? I didn't use to have this issue before.
Does this have anything to do with using Mendeley on a Mac? I didn't run into these issues when I was using a PC.....
