I've been using Mendeley since two weeks ago. While I usually work from my office, I sometimes have to work from home. This is the reason I have started using Mendeley, but it has been a complete disaster.
I have set up the work computer at my office to sync my entire library. However, when I log in from home, not every document is accessible. All PDFs are just fine, but SOME Word documents (.doc and .docx) and related files (.odt, etc.) aren't synced at all, meaning that I can't access them on my home computer using Mendeley Desktop. Is this intended, or can I change the settings to make sure my Word files (the ones I do most of my work in!) are uploaded and downloadable?
Further, whenever I access my library through Mendeley web, some highlighted text is sometimes missing. This ruins my workflow.
I'm hoping someone can help me alleviate these issues.
