I cannot get MS Word 2011 to pull through citations in text. When I click 'insert / edit citation, nothing happens. I am however able to insert the bibliography which pulls through all the citations that I have inserted manually or via the MS Word component.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled both Word and Mendeley numerous times, but it still doesn't sort the problem out. I'm working on a Mac with iOS X, Lion installed.
Any ideas?
