Everything suddenly not loading / Sync errors across all devices

Dear Support Staff, I have the latest version of Mendeley Desktop and Mobile Apps, and I access the Mendeley Web using Google Chrome. 21 hours ago: When I was leaving the office for the day, everything was normal on the Desktop -- my library was perfectly organized and syncing properly. 20 hours ago: I downloaded the mobile app (iPhone 6) for the first time, and I also downloaded the 3rd party app PaperShip so I could experiment and decide which I liked better. Everything synced perfectly onto both apps. 6 hours ago: I opened the mobile app to check something in a file, and I got a "sync error" message. 1 hour ago: I downloaded the Desktop app for my new laptop (Surface Pro 3) to see if I could investigate the issue from a computer at home. I received the following sync error message, and the files appear very unstable, sometimes disappearing, then reappearing, sometimes in the correct subfolders, sometimes only in the All Documents viewpane: There was an error processing your request. It has been logged (ID f36c21688604f3d2).. Error ID: L7ic7LV87cg I proceeded to sign into my account on Google Chrome to make sure my library was at least preserved online, even if the apps were having syncing difficulties. No luck. Very similar problems to the desktop experience, with the added complication of an occasional "loading files" that did not actually load any files no matter how long I waited. So my main questions are: Did downloading the mobile apps somehow completely screw up my library? Or is the timing of these errors a complete coincidence? (I see similar questions from other people online, so I was thinking maybe coincidence.) Either way, when exactly will these critical flaws be fixed? Will I have to re-construct my library from scratch? I have no local backup. However, my work computer library was completely fine last I checked, so my plan is to wait until I go to the office, create a backup using my work computer Desktop app, then wait for these bugs to be fixed, load that backup, and sync to restore my web library, then sync the restored web library to my mobile devices and home laptop.
