Find articles that cite any article within a folder

I know that I can't use Mendeley to find articles that cite another article. But I also know that there are other tools for this (e.g. Google Scholar, WOK, Scopus). However, what I would really like to do is specify a thematic group of articles (e.g. one of my Mendeley folder/collections) and then be provided with a list of articles that cite any of the articles within my specified folder. For each article in this list, it would also be interesting to know how many of the articles in my folder were cited by that article. This would help me quickly identify any highly relevant articles that are newer than those I already have in my thematic folders. I know Mendeley can't do this, but I was wondering if there was a 3rd party app/service that integrates with Mendeley (or even one that doesn't directly integrate with Mendeley) that does this or does something similar?
