Hello,
I just upgraded my version of Mendeley Desktop and now my library won't sync. Besides that, the program shows as if I'm not logged in. Here is the message:
Sorry, we had a problem syncing your library: There was an error processing your request. It has been logged (ID f14cd99010d74c26).. Error ID: FpJtAOSq_hs
Does anyone have the same problem?
