Hello,
When I try to install the plugin as directed here on the website (Mendeley desktop-tools-install MS word plugin), Mendeley crashes and next time I open it I get a message saying "There was a problem setting up Word plugin communication: The bound address is already in use". I have all programs closed and it is not installing in word. What can I do? Please help.
