I am using OSCOLA citation style and when citing Journal articles the citation comes normally out this way: 'Roland Bieber, ‘An Association of Sovereign States’ (2009) 5 European Constitutional Law Review 391–406;' Yet there have been several citations so far that came out with the year in square brackets instead of in round brackets: 'Jo Eric Khushal Murkens, ‘Bundesverfassungsgericht (2 BvE 2/08): ‘We want our identity back’ - the revival of national sovereignty in the German Federal Constitutional Court’s decision on the Lisbon Treaty’ [2010] Public Law 1–17' I would like the citations to be uniform, what can I do?
