Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing in order to ask for some help dealing with the unmanageable slowness of Mendeley in inserting new citations as they amount over 30-50 references. I am using Microsoft Word 2008 for Mac (vs 12.3.6) and Mendeley (vs 1.12.2).
It would be much appreciated if there was anything the support team could do to help me and others alike.
