When I try to insert a citation u¿in Word, Mendeley displays an error message :
"Unable to start Mendeley Desktop automatically. Try starting Mendeley Desktop manually"
but Mendeley Desktop is opened ...
Please can you help me
(I uninstalled and I went back to install it but the problem remains)
