Citation

Hello! Is it possible to put the publisher as an author if there is no author? For example, I would like to cite a website. Hence, I would like to have the name of the website first, then the title of the article and then the url. Is that possible? Because, if there is no author, it puts the title in the first place. I'm using "American Psychological Association 6th Edition" Citation style. Example: SolarServer. China became the world’s largest solar PV market in Q3; nation is poised to additional multi-GW deployment (2013). (http://www.solarserver.com/solar-magazine/solar-report/solar-report/china-became-the-worlds-largest-solar-pv-market-in-q3-nation-is-poised-to-additional-multi-gw-deployment.html).(Besucht am 29. 01. 2014) (Zitiert auf S. 98). Thank you very much in advance!
