Reference Problem

Hi, "Journal of Optical Society of America B" is cited like as "J. Opt. Soc. Amer. B" in IEEE Journals. I have used Mendeley and when I use 'Insert bibliography' in Microsoft Word, it cites the journal like "J. Opt. Soc. Am. B"! What is the problem? Thank you
