icon link

Hi - I'd like to put a link to my profile as part of the address/signature in my work emails. Ideally, I'd like to put a small Mendeley Icon, which, if they clicked on, would take them straight to my profile page or Groups in Mendeley. How can this be done? Thanks Roger
