Changing Citation Style in Visual Editor

Hi, I'm trying to create a citation style inline with Sheffield Hallam University Harvard requirements. I've accessed the visual editor and changed most things to what I need, but the one thing I can't seem to change is the name. I need the full name including the Authors first name and there doesn't seem to be an option to do this. The format looks like this: BOUCHARD, Myriam, et al. (2009). Dose escalation with proton or photon radiation treatment for pancreatic cancer. Radiotherapy and oncology, 92 (2), 238-243. Any help would be really appreciated. Mark
