Syncing of PDF files to Mendeley web completes at roughly 2/3rds

Hello, My library of PDFs is roughly 3.3GB. I have 5 GB of Personal Web Space. I recently decided to sync entire library to Mendeley Web as I purchased a new computer and read elsewhere that this was the best way to transfer over. (I use one computer at work, and a new one at home). However, during the sync it goes through the process of Uploading Files. It completes this with no errors, yet when I go to Mendeley Web a number of PDFs have not been uploaded. My personal web space shows only 2.4GB of the 5 GB used (note that it is therefore missing 0.9GB worth of PDFs). I tried unticking sync entire library so that it cleared all my data in Mendeley Web. This happend succesfully and i was bac to 0GB of usage. I then thoguht I would repeat the process. Again it only uploaded 2.4GB of the PDFs. I also noticed that it was the same PDFs that aren't getting uploaded as per the first attempts. There is nothing unusual about these PDFs (to my knowledge) and it is seemingly random what has not been uploaded. In addition: since uploading/syncing the (incomplete) pdfs to Mendeley Web, whenever I resync mendeley - even when no changes have been made, it goes through a process of 'Uploading Files' that akes approximately 3-4 minutes (on a decent broadband connection). I'm not sure this is normal behaviour but I flag it because: - it takes a long time; - i haven't made any changes;. I though tmaybe it was linked to the previous problem above. I should also note that after 'Uploading Files' is complete, none of the missing pdfs have been added and usage remains at 2.4Gig. I am using Mendeley Desktop Version 1.10.1 Broadband connection Windows 7 Ultimate, 64bit, SP1 Thanks
