Can I use mendeley in my job?

Hi~I'm a R&D engineer. I use mendeley for the paper management during my student life. I want to know can I use it in my job (installed in company's computer) for the same purpose, "paper management"? Moreover, can mendeley run at a "off-line" mode without internet and login? Public Network connection is not allowed in my company due to the IP protection. Thanks for your reply.
