I have a Dell laptop 2.4Gz processor with 4GB RAM running Windows 7
Generally I think the software is pretty good but there are two issues that are a constant source of irritation:
1. When I open Mendeley Desktop for the first time on any particular day - the software hangs and does not respond for at least 30 secs
2. The option of enabling a watched folder is continously "un-enabling" so that new references are not automatically imported. I am forever having to go into the options settings to re-enable.
Can you help?
