Citation workflow within folders in Mendeley

Hi, A few questions about citation workflow within folders in Mendeley: - When I add a new citation in the All Documents section of Mendeley and drag it to a custom folder, the "+" sign appears with the cursor when I drag. This implies that I am making a copy. However, when I delete that same citation from All Documents, it is also deleted from the custom folder, implying that what I really did is just create a pointer to the original document. Is this the general way Mendeley works (only pointers, no copies)? - When I add a reference to Mendeley that includes me as an author, is there a way to make this reference automatically appear in "My Publications"? Right now, I have to drag the reference from its source to "My Publications," which is an extra step. - Similarly, is it possible to automatically add entries in one folder to another? For instance, I have one folder for all biomedical informatics citations. When I add a paper to "My Publications," it would be great if that paper were automatically added to my global citations folder.
