though I use a specific style of citation, some of the citation appear with all of the authors names while other appear with one or several name followed by "et al". I need all the authors names to be included. I have tried several styles and this problem appears all the times. also, I checked and in all the articles saved in my mendeley desktop the names of all authors are listed.
