Using Word Professional 2010 I was getting the following error when trying to insert a citation:
"The remote machine does not exist or is unavailable (462) in MendeleyPlugin.
For more help, please visit http://support.mendeley.com"

I've restarted Word and this didn't fix the problem. Uninstalling/reinstalling the plugin has fixed it but thought I should bug report anyway.
