Pb with Word Plugin (2010) on PC

Hi, I saw this topic existed for Mac and the problem seems to have been solved with the last update. But for me (Version 1.9.2) It takes me about one minute to add a reference in my word document! Is anyone else encountering this pb? What should I do ? Thank you in advance for your reply, Best, Jeanne
