Hi, I would like to include Mendeley citations into my already existent MS-Word Citation Library. I do not want to just include citations into a word document but to add Mendeley citations into the existing list of citations I already have included in My word database (MS-Word keeps an XML file with citations that can be used for reference).
The point is that word automatiacally uses this "source library" to create indexes and reference tables in the document. If I could insert the references from Mendeley into the word database it should be possible to have the best from Mendeley and still use the best referencing features from word to automatically generate citation indexes.
Is there a way of exporting citations in XML "Word-readable" format from Mendeley? If this would be possible, all would be necessary would be to append the XML citations into the word XML citation library/file (located at ...\Microsoft\Bibliography) and use it.
Any recommendations or alternatives are welcome.
Thanks
Fabiano
