I get a message stating that due to maintaince the online services will be unavailable the 25th from 9.30 am GMT to 12.30 pm GMT.
In order to finish up my paper and avoid the hassle of setting up a new reference manager I came into work early today. However, at 7.30 am GMT time I can't sync online and get the message that from 9.30 am GMT time ..... Is it me or you that don't know the time? what is going on?
Also, now this maintaince stuff have been going on for several days - how long do you expect it to continue? I changed to Mendeley because RefMan keept crashing Word. Sofar I have been pretty happy with Mendeley. However, this whole maintaince thing is starting to get on my nerves, as I work on several computers and need it all to sync, and have deadlines to meet.
Please let me know the real maintaince schedule and preferably a couple of weeks ahead so I can decide to stay or leave Mendelay.
