Hi, when I'm adding a citation (I use Word), it adds the correct citation, but when I try to add a page, chapter, or paragraph it doesn't show up on my footnotes. It has worked perfectly before, but now it has stopped working. How do I fix this? I could write the page etc. manually, but I'd like to know the problem since when I open the thingy where you add the page number etc the correct information is shown there.
