Hello,
I keep getting a "word is waiting for you to cite a document" message when I try to insert/merge/edit a citation. The citation manager window is not popping up to insert anything. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling word plug-in and restarting the computer but this has not fixed the issue. Please help!
