Hello,
I have encountered the Error 429 by running Mendeley Word Plugin Version 1.17.11 and Word 2016. Looking through other questions here at Mendeley Support, it seems a lot of people have the same problem and the download link provided by Mendeley support agents (http://support.mendeley.com/customer/portal/articles/760115) doesn't work either.
Any perspective on solving this problem?
