I have a large document in my library that cannot be synced to my online account. That's not a problem. The problem is that every time I open my desktop app, I get the notification "A file attached to a document entitled '...' is larger than the maximum file size of 250MB and has not been synced. - upload progress: 0 of 0".
What can I do so that I stop getting this message?
