Use "et al." instead of "u. a." in german citation styles

I am using the APA Style in German but for more than six authors I need Mendeley to use "et al." instead of "u.a.". I can't change the APA Style into english because everything else needs to be in German. For Inline Citations I changed the u.a. into et al. manually but obviously that doesn't work for the bibliography. Do you have a solution for only changing the u.a. name in the bibliography into et al.? The same question has been already asked here but to be honest I don't really understand where to insert the line they are proposing...in the CSL Editor I can't find the macro that needs to be changed. https://mendeley.uservoice.com/forums/4941-general/suggestions/4553974-use-of-et-al-in-non-english-citation-styles Thanks!
