When I sync my library using Mendeley Desktop (on Windows 7), an error message is appeared:
"Sorry, there was a problem syncing your library: Access to this document is not allowed. Error ID: mVP_d33pkw8"
I also find that, on the Mendeley Web, there are references which are shown on the library but cannot be accessed with an error message, "Document not found".
It seems that the database is broken by some reason. Does someone know how to reset the library?
