Hello,
Myself and another group member have lost all documents within our subfolders. I have been working in a private group with two other members, and we created subfolders and organized thousands of documents underneath each subfolder. Then, I synced with the desktop - in order to backup all documents - and all documents in the subfolders were lost!! They are not in my trash or in any other folders. What can we do to retrieve them?
I have a Mac and Mendeley Desktop Version 1.17.8
