Firstly, I think an encyclopedia article bibliographic record must have "volume" field. I could not see on your program. Then, I want to add to citation both pages and volume field but I could not see, too. Finally I want to change page abbreviation "p" as "s" without keeping manually. Because we use page abbreviation "s" in Turkish and when I change this record manually, it does not change when I put click the refresh mode.
