Dear suppoerters,
the last few times I used Mendeley I have a recurring problem after loading successfully references with the rleated pdf file. When I later open Mendeley again, I sometimes find the pdf's gone, left with either a green dot only or a chain symbol with exclamation mark.
Can you healp me- how can I avoid this, what do I do wrong?
