I have been trying to update my Mendeley Desktop to the 1.17.6 version but am having trouble. I am using Mac OS X.
Using 'check for updates' under 'help' in Mendeley does not seem to be working (Mendeley only closes and never reopens in an updated version).
So I tried downloading the newer version from the Mendeley website but am worried that all my information on the previous version won't be transferred to the newer version.
Has anyone done this and had success? Any help would be appreciated, thank you.
