Changing the order of references in in-text citations

Good day all. I want a situation where I have two or more references in one bracket to be arranged chronologically accoreding to date and not alphabetically. For example, (Anthony 2010, Black 2003, Carlson 2015)to (Carlson 2015, Anthony 2010 & Black 2003). Secondly, how can I create hyperlinks with my in-text references so that one can click on the them and automatically access the document, for example, having the citation in active blue colour?
